Starting
April 7th I began a personal challenge to create 100 cards in 100
days! For a chance to win my BLOG
CANDY!! come
visit me each day and leave a comment.
See THIS POST for details.
I love this paper!! it is called Giddy UP! by Samantha Walker. It's two sided - the bottom portion of this card is one side and the top portion has the reverse side of the same paper : ) Love it!! and it is perfect for a friend of mine who is a self proclaimed "Tom Boy" LOL She is only part "Tom Boy" and the other part... loves pink!!
I used the "One Liners: Happy Die" from Papertrey Ink. Because we are meeting my friend and her husband for dinner I felt the liberty to use some of my chubbiest buttons - knowing it is not going in the mail : )
It's a simple card for a simply wonderful friend!! Can't wait to see them : )
This is my 9th card but if you have been keeping track you probably have realized I've been messing up with my day count LOL I have 93 days left to go. I have marked my calender now so none of us gets confused *wink*
Thank you so much for stopping by to cheer me on! You are the best cheering section a girl could ask for!!
Happy Monday!
Patti

Pretty paper! Love your CAS style here and the cute Hello die cut. Glad you are keeping track of the days and cards on the calendar - after awhile it could get more complicated, especially since you've made more cards than days.
You go, Patti! On to 100 cards! Here to cheer you on! Because I know you can do it!
Great idea to use that double sided paper, Patti. These colors are really very pretty together even for a "Tom Boy" card ;-)
PS: good use of those chubby buttons too
Hi Patti, the double sided paper works so well and I love the simplicity of this design, with the buttons just adding that finishing touch...lol I feel like us blog followers are on the sidelines of a running track providing encouragement for your marathon..go gal! Hugs Carole Z X
I like the chubby buttons and the paper patterns/colors. Really nice :)
Wow! Clever use of buttons, my friend! LOVE that colour combo.
hugs, Asha
Great use of your paper. Love the buttons!
Fabulous use of the paper, a pretty card.
Love this card! Love that the paper serves both the girly look and the plaid. Perfect for a card because you only have one sheet you need to work with! I was not counting the days since I am not sure I will always be able to be here everyday. Besides, we trust you;)
Even though this card is simple, it calls out to me LOL! I love pink and brown color combos and LOVE paisley prints! Beautiful!
