Fun Friday with Patti and Penny

Hello friends : )  This is my last Fun Friday post for Welcome winter 2018.  I have had a great time playing with some of the terrific new products from Penny Black's Welcome Winter 2018 collection as well as some of my "old PB favorites".  I hope you have enjoyed my "Fun Friday" posts as much as I have. Thank you Jill and the whole PB team for giving me this opportunity : )

Today I have a mix of old and new for you.  My first two cards were created with one of my all time favorite paper crafting dies, the Sparkle String die.  I mean it when I say this is one of my favorite dies! because it reminds me of the kind of lights we had in our home when I was growing up. I love how playful it looks : )  The large card is a regular A2 size card and the smaller one is a 2.50" x 3.50" gift card size.

I couldn't decide if I should include my last two cards in this post.  They both have details on them that are so light that they didn't photograph well.

This card was created with a white card base and a white 3.5" square cut panel from the Snowflake Stitched Frames die.  I embossed the panel with snowflake dies.  The embossed snowflakes compliment the white and silver metallic snowflakes I used to embellish the front of the card.

This card was created with a white card base and a cream card panel on top.  I embossed a Flourishing Tree in Detail White embossing powder and then added the die cut Merry Christmas cut from white card stock.  I have darkened my picture down so that you can get a glimpse of it.  It is a super quick and easy card with a nice result... providing you don't have to photograph it! LOL

I have had great fun these past eight weeks I hope you found some inspiration and a few giggles along with me.   NOW!! even though this segment of Fun Friday is coming to close.... drum roll.... today is the day that Penny Black launches the  "Happy Heart Day"!! collection.

Next Friday I will begin sharing some FUN cards I created with products from this darling release!! I hope you will join me.  Until then... what are you waiting for!? get shopping! and don't forget to visit the Penny Black blog for some sweet inspiration!!

Thank you so much! for visiting!! I LOVE seeing you here!!

Patti, your cards have an elegance to them that just make me smile in delight. I adore your light touch. I love the lights on the first two. Reminds me of the big lights we put on our tree, as well. The snowflake card is simply gorgeous. I really like the white and silver and the die cut frame. SO pretty! And that last card is beautiful as well. You are so talented. Thank you for brightening my day. I look forward to seeing your next projects with Penny Black!

Four FABULOUS cards Patti! I can see why the light set dies are a favorite...they remind me of the lights we had when I was growing up too! And I love the softness of just the blue and white on your 1st two cards too! Your snowflake card is my favorite though...something about the simplicity of the white and silver together...absolutely LOVE it my friend!! :0)

What a beautiful first card and gift/money card. Love how you've delicately coloured those fun string of lights. So creative to use a light blue, very different and I love it.
So glad you popped on the other two cards, even though photographing them wasn't easy. The silver and white snowflakes dies look so beautiful and you must have lots of patience X the last card is so classy Patti X
Always so inspirational and stunning CAS cards and yes I have loved your Friday blog posts X

They are all so soft and pretty, Patti. I have a different PB tree but will definitely use it to CASE card #4. It is so elegant and CAS.

Three elegant designs, Patti, all flawlessly executed! They are the kind of cards a visitor pauses over for a few minutes, which is a huge compliment! I can tell everyone that your first card is even lovelier in person ~ thank you! It's an adorable little card, too! I will be getting that string of lights die because we still have those old-timey lights hanging from our eaves as we speak in all the bright primary colors from our childhood!! 🎄Happy Holiday Hugs, Darnell
