I like to make card "series" to give as gifts to my - non card making - friends and family. Here is an assortment of cards I created for my BFF's Mom.
My cards are all super straight forward so for the most part you can easily see how I created them. And being that it is such a photo heavy post I will chat less but also include the supplies I used directly under each card. I hope that helps keep everything snug. : )
I used Belle #40-595 and it's complimentary cut out #51-415 for the flower. Using my Misti and Tombo markers I was able to color directly on to the stamp several times and get some nice shading and color variations in my image. I also used my favorite stencil, Dotlets # 25-007 on this card. The sentiment is from Sprinkles & Smiles #30-297.
Starting with plain white card stock I stamped Spontaneous Joy #40-597, again using the Misti and Tombo markers I was able to get good color depth and shading (love these images!!) I cut the panel out using Antique Frames #51-397. The sentiment is from Eloquence #30-162.
This is a one layer card using Amaryllis #40-577 and a sentiment from Winter Days #30-517.
Starting with an Elegant Stitching #51-440 die cut and stamp Poise #4406H I again colored with my Tombo markers and used the Misti so I could stamp repeatedly for color variation and depth. The sentiment is from Eloquence #30-162.
Again starting with Elegant Stitching #51-440 I created a frame for my top panel stamped with Winged Beauty #40-376. Sentiment from Tiny Treats #30-276.
Elegant Stitching #51-440 comes to the rescue once again!! : ) the perfect setting for this Red Delight #40-573 and a sentiment from Season's Gifts #30-316.
I truly hope your are happy in your heart and enjoying your life - finding lots of time to do your favorite things with people you love. Thanks a bunch for stopping by!
