Color Week at the Just Us Girls Blog

Hello everyone!

Why did the farmer call his pig ink?  Because he always ran out of the pen.

heeheehee  I hope May flowers are blooming in your neck of the woods!! : ) here everything is turning lush and green!! it's is beautiful : ) As I write this my doors and windows are open and I am enjoying the sound of birds chirping and the faint sound of a lawn mower somewhere in the distance.  I love May!!

Today I hope to inspire you to join me at Just Us Girls!  As an invited guest I am in some pretty incredible company! you gotta check out the DT I promise you'll be inspired.

I love this color combo!!  Please inspire us with your take on this great challenge by joining us at JUGS.

I am having a blast creating Christmas cards this year. I normally wait until December to make my cards but because of great challenges like Loll's CAS Christmas Card Challenge and Merry Monday I am going to have my cards finished early!! : )

I will be sharing this happy little snowman in the CAS Christmas Card Challenge.  I encourage you to share your snowman cards there too - the challenge is open until May 24th.

Thank you for stopping by : ) Have a great day!

BIG (((HUGS)))

I did laugh out loud when I read your joke. And groaned, too. Hee, hee. Thanks for the bright spots these add, to my day at least. We need more laughter in life! Your snowman is super cute. Looks like he is hugging the snow and so happy. The embossed background adds a lovely texture. I, too, enjoy hearing the birds and just listening to life reawaken in May. :) Happy weekend to you!

Such a sweet snowman design and he is colored perfectly. He sure looks tired out. LOL He might have been standing a long time and just needed a rest. And thanks for the giggle!

What a cute snowman, Patti! He makes me giggle. ;-) The snowflake embossing on the base card adds a nice texture and still keeps the card CAS. Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Christmas! Hideko

Your snowman is so cute and your CAS design is fabulous! Spring has been very slow here, but I am enjoying each little thing in my garden as it begins to grow and bloom.

Have a wonderful day!

Oh your adorable snowman look all tuckered out here Pattie. You have given me goosebumps as I try and keep warm on a cool near wintery morning here in Australia. Fabulous use of our colours at JUGS. Love the embossed background.

Yet again, you've paired 'the' perfect image with the palette, creating a card that is sheer delight! Even though we have a number of Christmas challenges to nudge us to create early, I will, as per usual, be scrambling come December *grin* Weather here is bright, sunny and soooo windy! At the races over the weekend, I was sure I'd be blown straight to Kansas! And the mosquitoes on the second day: oh my stars! I'm covered with bites and oh, how itchy they are! Even so: love the races! More for the next many weekends to come!

What a sweet snowman, Patti. The embossed background looks wonderful in the requisite gray. I'm glad the weather is beautiful out your way. My ex sister-in-law posted pictures of flooding in Rapid City. I hope you're in a safe area.
