In the pink!!

Hello dear friends : ) I hope that you are happy and healthy and feeling "in the pink"!! : ) It took much longer than I would have thought to recover from the bug my husband and I got.  I have been miserable! and because of that I have gotten WAY behind in my card posting and blogging BUT!! here I am feeling 100% better and ready to play!!!

I forgot to photograph the inside of the card and it is too late now because last night I addressed my cards to go in the mail today! LOL  The inside sentiment says: "Merry & Bright" from Penny Black's  Frosty Hello #30-649 First Snow release.

                                     frosty hello picture
This year I had 69 cards to create for Christmas! gulp!! I have just 12 left to go.  I am only making two or three of each design this year rather than the "mass producing" I normally do.  I like this way MUCH better.  I have selected tons of NBUS supplies for my cards - pairing supplies from different companies up with no rhyme or reason and it has been really fun!  Like this sweet card that combines some new Penny Black with some old Penny Black - highlighted by a bran new Black Friday deal : ) from Poppystamps.

Yesterday Penny Black's newest release hit the online store and it is SWEET!! I had the pleasure of getting an advanced shipment of some of the product from this release and will be working with it this weekend!! I'm pretty excited to show off my ideas but I hate for you to have to wait for me!! Please head over to the Penny Black blog online store HERE for a look at the entire new release and for some fabulous inspiration go to the Penny Black Blog HERE

Off I go to the Post Office to buy some stamps and get my first batch of cards in the mail.  Whatever you are doing I hope you are doing it in rest and joy and excellent health.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

BIG (((hugs)))

Awww she's a real cutie and I LOVE your snowflake die.
That is a LOT of card you have to make! I find the mass production too boring, so usually pick 2 stamp sets and work with them (which is why 90% of my cards this year have either been elves or my cheery snowdude!)

So happy to hear you are feeling better Patti! This card is so sweet and delightful. I do love your wonderful way with soft colors. You have just the right touch and it draws one into the card. I also love the snowflake frame. Wonderful work. I've got several cards to make as well. Hoping to get them done this week, otherwise Christmas celebrating will extend beyond the holiday. LOL Enjoy the season my friend! Big hugs!

Sorry to hear you've been ill, Patti! A lot of flu is going around the country. I'm glad you are feeling better now and back to crafting! This little girl is really spectacular! I love the layers and dementia of all that white with just the hint of pink and then the bright pop of the holly! (And great job using lots of NBUS this year!!) Happy Holiday Hugs, Darnell

So happy to hear you're feeling 100%, hope your hubby is too! It took us a good two weeks to kick the virus we had. Lots of coughing in church this weekend. Do you think I can hold my breath till spring LOL!! Your card is darling, she's a sweetie!

Before more decluttering happens I'm glad you're standing up right again and hope that continues as you finish your cards. I wish that I could watch you color as your pastels are so beautiful. I'm on the naughty list and only sending a very few cards before Christmas and aim at Valentines for the new address reveal.
