#30-375 Merry Jingle stamp set - #51-263 Joy To The World die and #51-268 A Blizzard die

Turquoise and red are one of my favorite non traditional go to color combos for holiday cards. On this one I used only a thread of red to dangle my snowflake from.  The snowflake is loose and swings - just for the fun of it! : )

#30-374 Winter Joy stamp set - #30-380 Nature's Silhouettes stamp set

I wanted this card to be elegant so I used a lot of white space letting this beautiful image steal the show : )

#30-383 Holy Night stamp set - #51-268 A Blizzard die set

I really want you to notice the splatters and water marks because I tell you those splatters nearly give me a heart attack when I'm doing them! LOL  I wanted the background to remind you of Christmas lights : ) How'd I do?

That is it for me today.   I hope you enjoyed this post and the fantabulous product from Penny Black!  Be sure to come back next Friday, 9/23, for one of my personal favorite posts to my Fun Friday feature when I will be sharing three "Simply Elegant - Shimmer and Shine" cards : ) and two neat little tricks to give your card some shimmer and shine!

I appreciate every comment you leave! Please remember to go to the Penny Black "Fun Friday with Patti Kehl" post today and leave another comment there! to put you in the drawing again today for my blog candy!!

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

Have a wonderfully inky Friday : )

My goodness Patti you really are rocking these products, all superb cards but have to say adore the White dies on that lovely coloured background of the third card x

These are stunning Patti! I love the simple look with the poinsettia and the water colored background on the snowflake card is fabulous and unexpected! Your third card is simply darling as well with the little red bow. It really gives this card a fun pop of color.

Wow, these cards are so pretty, Patti! I adore the turquoise color of the first card, with the bitty pop of red. It looks nice and brisk, as snowflakes probably should. :) Your second card is elegant and gorgeous. Wonderful use of your watercolors. And the snowflakes on the third card really pop against that heart attack inducing colorful background. See, I don't even attempt spatters because I totally fear that all my hard work would be ruined by my attempts at spattering (when I get the chance to play, that is). Having so little time currently to even attempt to be crafty, the thought of messing up anything is enough to keep me from attempting. Ha, ha! All that to say, you are much braver than I! Happy Friday, sweet, talented and brave friend! Hugs! :)

All 3 are absolutely beautiful my friend!! I especially love the snowflake one with the water coloring and splatters...SO pretty AND fun! I always hold my breath when I do splatters too, thinking I might ruin what I just spent hours on! As long as I don't get too carried away, I'm usually good! :0)

You are working in full color today! Your Christmas light card looks like they are aglow and I love your color combo! You have inspired me to try to do a word cut die with different shades of color. It looks amazing and I love the softness!

Absolutely gorgeous, Patti! You are doing a fabulous job with Penny Black! Love the mix of stamps and dies on the first card and the ombre effect on the sentiment. The poinsettia card is very elegant looking, and I LOVE the colours and the snowflakes on the third card! I always want to CASE your cards!

These are all wonderful. You have been doing such an amazing job for Penny Black! I want to buy everything you used!!! Yes, it does look like Christmas lights, and I have a heart attack every time I am supposed to splatter, just like you. Usually, I am not brave enough to even try, so my splatters and sprays stay in the drawer.

Patti, I love your non-traditional Christmas colors. Turquoise is stunning with just a thread of red...such a clean looking card with all those wonderful snowflakes! And the poinsettia, oh my stunning, simple and elegant! And I can relate to your splatters...I am looking for a stamp that makes them for me LOL...nothing to worry about on yours, they are fantastic! I am finding I love Penny Black sentiments, they always have touch of swirl that is so elegant!! so proud of you and you are doing PB proud too!!

I have to agree with you on the red and aqua for Christmas cards, I think it looks fantastic, as do all of your cards, especially the bright splatter background with the crisp white snowflakes!

Patti, your 'edgy' cards, featuring 'traditional' winter elements in non-traditional colours, are absolutely gorgeous! Smitten with the pink poinsettia; crushing over the 'citrus' blizzard background; delighting over the turquoise and pop-of-red joyful wintry wonderland! Showcases with pizzazz! WOW! The 'holding my breath, hope I don't mess up' anxiety of splatters has come to a finale for me...splatter stamps! Love 'em! Yayyyyyyy!

Beautiful cards! Love the snowflakes one.

I love the dangling snowflake and the bit of red. Just perfect. I really love the coloring job on the second card, but the third card really has my attention. Love the colors and the splatters are so.... in balance!! By being naturally placed. And you know balance is my favorite word!
