Wishing You A Colorful Easter

Dawn McVey is one of my favorite card designers at Papertrey Ink.  She is hosting the challenge for Make it Monday this week.  The challenge: Sponged Stamping.  Please see her VIDEO HERE.  I got really carried away and sponge stamped my patterned paper and my birds and the flower inside the orange bird and even my sentiment! Fun challenge PTI!

My design was inspired by Lesley at  Always Playing with Paper challenge blog.
My colors were inspired by the Queen Arielle at colourQ

I hope you will stop by each of these great challenge blogs and join in the fun!

Have a great day doing something inky!! I will be having an inky good day because according to tracking I have some HaPpY mAiL out for delivery! woo hoo!!

Thank you for stopping by.

Patti

Supplies:
Patterned Paper by KaiserCraft called Spirograph

Dear Patti, so sorry I haven't been around for the past week - I've been sick with a nasty flu. Still miserable but I finally did some crafting and I wanted to get caught up on your cards that I missed. Thank you for your sweet words on my blog - it's nice to know I was missed! Your card is gorgeous! This is a cool technique and I love how it turned out!

I am catching up on comments finally! It is so funny you used these birds - I was just thinking of them a few days ago and remembering a card you did a while back with birds (maybe these). Beautiful - love the colors!

Gorgeous soft colors! Your multicolor sentiment is perfect with the birds. I love how you transitioned the blue and orange colors on the birds and background, and it's not at all muddy looking.
